Mohabbat is a Pakistani family drama that explores love, class differences, betrayal, and the lasting consequences of family interference. The story follows Yahya and Zarrar, two brothers from a wealthy and respected family whose relationships become entangled in misunderstandings, hidden intentions, and emotional conflicts. Yahya, played by Feroze Khan, falls in love with Asiya, played by Nawal Saeed, a middle-class woman who works at his office. Although their relationship grows despite their different backgrounds, Yahya's mother, Saleha Nizami, refuses to accept Asiya because of her social status. When Saleha's hidden intentions lead to Asiya's humiliation, Asiya walks away, leaving Yahya convinced that she has betrayed him. Meanwhile, Zarrar, played by Shahvir Kadwani, faces a different journey with Meherma, played by Aina Asif. Hoping to escape her difficult personal circumstances, Meherma proposes marriage to her friend Zarrar. What begins as a practical arrangement gradually develops into a deeper emotional bond. As Yahya discovers the truth behind his separation from Asiya, his trust in his family begins to crumble. When the two meet again, unresolved pain and Asiya's desire for revenge threaten to deepen the family's divisions. Written by Shafia Khan and directed by Asad Jabal, Mohabbat examines how pride, social prejudice, and manipulation can change relationships and test the boundaries of love.
