On the brighter side, Aswan and Meera's morning together feels genuinely warm. He secures family permission to take her on a work trip to Germany — cleverly bringing it up in front of Tai Ammi and her father so she cannot easily say no. It is a small, sweet moment in an otherwise tense episode.
