Kaisa Yeh Ishq is an emotional Pakistani drama about Sila and Ali, two people whose love is repeatedly tested by family pressure, misunderstandings and circumstances beyond their control. Their bond began with a childhood engagement, and as Sila grows up under the strict supervision of her grandfather, Ayaz Durrani, Ali becomes the person who brings comfort and happiness into her restricted life. However, Ayaz's painful past and deep fear of love marriages make him determined to control Sila's future and protect the family's honour on his own terms. When a misunderstanding leads him to end Sila and Ali's engagement, the two refuse to accept their separation. But their attempt to choose each other is exposed by Sara, whose own feelings for Ali change the course of their lives. In anger, Ayaz forces Sila into a marriage she never wanted, while Ali eventually marries Sara despite being unable to let go of his past. As love, sacrifice and heartbreak continue to shape their choices, Kaisa Yeh Ishq asks whether Sila and Ali can ever find their way back to each other and whether Sila will finally gain the courage to take control of her own destiny.

Kaisa Yeh Ishq follows Sila and Ali, childhood fiancés whose relationship is torn apart by family pressure and a series of painful misunderstandings.
